The follow-up and periodic revision of the portfolio, which mainly consists of land and industrial buildings, is carried out within the firm.

At the same time, the company also performs the administration of the leasable industrial properties within the portfolio. The company, which offers its customers logistics and manufacturing-oriented commercial spaces, continues to add new investments to its existing offering as it grows.
